Gratitude shaped my dreams, now purpose drives my actions

She is a pride of San Emilio, Ilocos Sur and a proud daughter of a farmer. Her heart was filled with dreams of giving back to her parents—of repaying their sacrifices and love in the best way she could. Every step she took was with the hope of making them proud. But as she grew older, she discovered the true essence of selflessness, of being a protector, a servant, and a leader of people.

To the youth who are still searching for direction—let me tell you this: the path of a PNPA cadet is not easy, but it is incredibly meaningful. If you’ve ever felt the calling to make a difference, to stand for justice, and to serve something greater than yourself, then this is where you belong. Be the kind of leader our country needs. Be the future of law enforcement. Be part of the long maroon line, and carry the torch of service with pride.

Gratitude shaped my dreams, now purpose drives my actions. I am CDT 1C NEYNEY, JUDILYN FABIAN, the 3rd Battalion Information, Technology, and Management Officer.
