Women frequently experience a variety of discrimination as they are viewed as being weaker and more emotional than men. But the game has changed. Now, women are capable of doing anything men can do, sometimes even better.
In her humble pursuit to enforce her innate gifts to the community through nation service, Jail Cadet Moyano withstood all trials in her cadetship phase, which in her eagerness, transcended all expectations and brought honor not just to her beloved hometown in Gumaca Quezon and her alma mater, the Philippine National Police Academy, but to the country also, who she has gave her all for its best interest.
Like a queen in a game of chess, Jail Cadet Moyano is a manifestation of women power and leadership. She secured her throne as the TOP 3 of the graduating MASIDTALAK Class of 2023, declaring her reign in an institution overruled by men. During their Cadet Attachment Program (CAP), she was also hailed as the TOP 1 among the cadets chosen to serve under the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and will receive BJMP Kampilan Award, SILG Kampilan Award and Servant Leadership Award.
As the queen, she has proven that she is the most powerful piece in the game by demonstrating her prowess and reputation in various fields. , which earned the respect of many. Under her watchful leadership, Jail Cadet Moyano captained the PNPA Moot Court Team to victory and leave a LEGACY as they brought home the bacon during the International Humanitarian Law-Role Play Challenge of National Moot Court Competition 2022. Despite the tough competition going head-to-head with law students, which are already masters of the craft, with her guidance and close supervision, imparting her prowess in the art of oral argumentation—PNPA’s performance was declared CHAMPION.
Moreover, JCDT Moyano not only excels in areas that require racking her brain but proving herself as a competent leader. She is a role model who claimed her duties and responsibilities with pride and dignity as the Regimental Community Relations Officer of the Cadet Corps Philippine National Police. She is a Double Driller who became part of both the Silent Drill Company, the cream of the nation’s finest, and the Slow Drill Platoon, the strong arms of the Corps. As a member of the Honor Committee, Jail Cadet Moyano credits the success she has achieved in her dedication to the virtues of the Honor Code System.


Prior to becoming a cadet, JCDT Moyano graduated Magna Cum Laude at St. Anne College Lucena Inc. She is a Registered Criminologist, a Licensed Professional Teacher, and a Civil Service Eligible. While studying as a law student of University of Batangas, she works as a Non Uniformed Personnel of Batangas Police Provincial Office and Review Lecturer of Carl Balita Review Center.
