Every small step taken in pain still moves you forward

Naimbag nga aldaw kanya yu amin nga kailyak nga taga rehiyon dos! Siyak ni Cadet 1st Class Mark Reyes Bautista.

A proud citizen of Anao, Roxas, Isabela—also known as the “Rice Granary of Isabela.” Currently serves as the 3rd Platoon Leader of Echo Company at the Philippine National Police Academy. My journey has been shaped by struggle and adversity, but I’ve learned to rise above life’s challenges with unwavering determination and a firm belief in my dreams. Every obstacle I encountered became an opportunity for growth, and each setback taught me a valuable lesson. Being admitted into the Academy was more than just a personal milestone—it became a symbol of what resilience and perseverance can achieve. Life within the Academy has further shaped my character through discipline and hardship. I’ve grown into a leader who doesn’t command through fear or authority, but through empathy, understanding, and by setting an example. I strive to connect with others and inspire those around me, and in doing so, I’ve earned the respect of both my fellow cadets and underclassmen.

My story is proof that no origin is too humble and no challenge too difficult if you have the courage to keep moving forward. AWAN TI NARIGAT NU PURSIGIDO KA NGA MATUNGPAL TI ARAPAAP. Maging Iskolar Para sa Bayan—be one of us, be a PNPA cadet!
