Meet Cadet First Class Van Aries Manaois, a proud son of Purok 7, Sitio Ubbog, San Roque, San Nicolas, Pangasinan. Even before entering the Philippine National Police Academy, he was known for his active leadership in youth groups and community initiatives, serving as Supreme Student Government President in elementary and Criminology Student Society President in college.
Now serving as the Company Plans Research and Strategy Development Officer of Delta Company, Cadet Manaois helps shape the company’s direction through research, strategy, and mentorship. He leads with quiet strength, modelling discipline and service rooted in Justice, Integrity, and Service. For him, being in the Academy is more than a career path—it’s a daily commitment to inspire, protect, and serve with moral courage.
