From the disciplined grounds of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) to the international arena of elite law enforcement, Filipino excellence once again made its mark on the world. Selected from hundreds of applicants worldwide, two Filipino officers earned the rare opportunity to represent the Philippines in the prestigious International Police Exchange Program of the IACP and UAE Ministry of Interior at the Abu Dhabi Police College, standing alongside elite officers from 37 countries.
Out of 144 global applicants, only 55 were chosen.Among this exceptional group, PCPT Joseph G. Pelobello finished Top 5, a powerful testament to the caliber of Filipino training, leadership, and dedication to service.
But this achievement did not begin in Abu Dhabi. It began inside the halls of PNPA, where discipline is instilled, character is forged, and leadership is shaped through sacrifice and perseverance. Every early morning formation, every demanding training evolution, and every lesson in honor and duty prepared these officers for the global stage.
Representing the Philippines and ASEANAPOL on an international platform is no small feat. To rise among the world’s finest proves that Filipino law enforcers can stand shoulder to shoulder with the best.
They did not carry only their personal aspirations. They carried the values of PNPA.
They carried the pride of Filipino law enforcement. They carried the hopes of every Filipino who believes in service, integrity, and excellence. A Filipino. A PNPA graduate.
Our pride. This milestone reminds us that from PNPA rise leaders capable of making a global impact and that Filipino excellence knows no borders. This is more than recognition. This is national pride in motion.
