Continuing to pursue his dream as future police officer, Cdt 1C Labiang from Quirino, Ilocos Sur overcame the challenges and valued education as the only legacy that parents can give to us. Grounded in sacrifices and hard work, he strived more until his prayer was answered and blessed to take the road less travelled, the Philippine National Police Academy which ensures better opportunity to follow the footsteps of his parents in the noble profession of uniformed service.
