    NAKASTA NGA ALGAW NIKAYU NGAMIN
Yakan I Cadet First Class KEVIN AYUMAN BAÑARES of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), from Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, the heart of Cagayan Valley and the hottest city in the Philippines. Before entering the PNPA, the cadet took up a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Paul University, Philippines, which molded him to be the best version of himself. To be a cadet is an honor, privilege, and responsibility.
As stated in Matthew 22:14, many are called but few are chosen to enter the academy. I’ve encountered hardships and obstacles that tested my spirit before, during, and after I took the exam, but I believe that nothing can beat a strong heart and mind..

PNPA is a premier institution for raising and training the noblest public safety officers in the country. I have seen the detail-oriented behavior and discipline that Aer’s possess and I am in awe of how the graduates of PNPA work with more than just a degree but also with a badge of honor and pride to carry with dignity, integrity, and responsibility.. I believe that you have what it takes to be a cadet who embodies justice, integrity, and service in your country.
BE A PNPA CADET, BE ONE OF US! MAGING ISKOLAR PARA SA BAYAN.
