Cadet first class Florendo, a proud native of Nagulian, La Union, currently serves as the Delta Company Academic Representative and the Cadet-in-Charge of the Basketball Corps Squad. He is a focused and responsible member of the Philippine National Police Academy, known for his dedication to learning, his willingness to help his fellow cadets, his deep reverence for God, and his strong sense of patriotism.
Throughout his PNPA journey, he continues to uphold the values of discipline, integrity, and service.
