Meet Cadet First Class Nelson Delmendo Barbin Jr. from Barangay Casiaman, Bacnotan, La Union. Prior to joining the Philippine National Police Academy, Cadet Barbin had already earned a reputation in his community for he is someone they could count on—always stepping up and serving others with heart.
He is now the Cadet-in-Charge of Billiard Corps Squad and the male Standard Representative of Alfa Company. He always makes sure that his underclassmen wear their uniforms neatly and presentable, as they are being prepared to lead, with transparency and accountability.
