FROM THE STREETS TO LEADERSHIP

Meet CDT 1CL Anthony Zinampan Bartolome. At just 22 years old, he has already defied odds that most can’t begin to imagine. Born and raised on the streets of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. He grew up in an environment where dreams were often dismissed and potential was rarely recognized. But what he lacked in support, he made up for in determination. While others gave up, he pressed on. While the world looked down on him, he looked up — holding onto a dream that one day, he would wear the maroon and gold uniform.

Today, he leads as a Platoon leader at the Philippine National Police Academy — not just as a cadet, but as a symbol of resilience, purpose, and strength. He did not follow the usual path. He carved his own. His story proves that greatness is not born from comfort — it is built through hardship and discipline to rise when no one else believes you can. To those who feel unseen or unworthy: You are not defined by where you start, but by how far you are willing to go.

Maging iskolar para sa bayan. Take the roadless travel. Be a PNPA cadet. Be one of us!
