Cadet 1C Adawag is the Hawk Company Guidon bearer and a member of the Table Tennis and Lawn Tennis Corps Squad. A young man with hope, dreams, and perseverance, CADET 1st Class RITZ VICTOR OCULTO ADAWAG from San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, is an average student who, rather than solely focusing on his academics, found passion in sports. He was raised by his grandfather, a retired Police Officer and a member of PNPA Class 1981, who became one of his foundations and inspirations.
He took the PNPACAT with just a pen, courage, and lots of prayers. He threw away all doubts and uncertainties because his dreams are bigger than all his fears. He entered the academy as a Senior High School Graduate at the age of 18, being one of the youngest among his colleagues. Despite of all difficulties, he never thought of leaving the Academy. He believed that it was his destiny. Because of his heart to serve, he persevered and is now shaped by discipline, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
