Our generation, the millennial generation, has been into a world of technology, where most of the youth nowadays envision themselves working in cybernetic jobs and careers, but still, there are still young people who managed to oversee the future and visualize themselves as leaders of the next generation.
This group of young individuals aspires to become a hero in our modern world. They choose to take the path less traveled and deprive themselves of the youthful lusts as a sacrifice for a greater responsibility ahead.

This class claims the duty and responsibility of a true patriot, which aims to serve and fulfill the innate responsibility of an individual for their own country, just as our leaders help, protect, guide, and lead us, so as we commit ourselves to follow their steps, helping, protecting, guiding, and leading the next generation.
πΎπ‘ππ¨π¨ ππ€π‘π€π§: Saphire blueβsapphire stone is a brilliant gem with a cool ambiance to the eyes; blue is a deep color that symbolizes their visions for the future. In other words, the HINIRANG class of 2021 has visions for the future with its crystal-clear purpose as they made their way to serve the public.
πΎπ‘ππ¨π¨ π¨π€π£π: βOne Dayβ is a song that serves as the hope for a peaceful and harmonious community in the future; even when faced with challenges, hope is still what should be held on to, knowing that in everything, in either good or bad, all things work together for the good according to its God-given purpose.
In October 2016, the Philippine National Police Academy conducted PNPACAT, the entrance examination for cadet aspirants of the PNPA, where more than 22,250 young applicants took one more step closer to their dreams. Leaving their comfort zones of their lives, they accept the challenge to become men and women, facing the reality of life, trained and honed to be the next generation set of leaders that will rule, guide, and help our childrenβs children have a good future.
On May 1, 2017, the 338 chosen members of this magnificent class underwent the reception rites; the second reception was composed of 16 cadets and followed after ten days. Overcoming the test in a 45-day breaking period as plebes. These young men and women were tried in the scorching heat of the sun, strenuous and rigorous activities and exercises, jogging at least thrice a day, enduring hunger and thirst, being deprived, being oppressed, and embracing loud and rattling voices of the plebe details, giving up our pride and accepting the fact that we are the lowest form of mammals inside the academy.
As a result of their sweat, tears, and pain of missing their loved ones, they showed patience, determination, perseverance, and a great sacrifice as they considered that these are the investments to survive the melting pot stage. A total of 69 cadets proved that they were not fit for the calling.
Incorporation rites is a commemoration that these cadets were molded and ready to live in a regimented way together with the upperclass corps.

Luxuriate in their 15-day-long traditional kings and queens on October 2018 with one whole day of activity at Club Balai Isabel, Batangas.
On December 10, 2018, the HINIRANG class of 2021 reached their 3rd tion, the recognition rites, headed by then PNPA Director, PCSUPT RANDOLF REVITA DELFIN.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, unfortunately, the cadet corps did not have the opportunity to have their semestral and Christmas break.
The first-ever trick-or-treat program was celebrated as cadets presented their company booths; other entertainment and performances from different companies were also showcased in the Campos Grandstand, headed by then PNPA DIRECTOR, PMGEN GILBERTO DALA CRUZ.

In December 2020, F/CDT RHEACIA FAITH SANCHEZ BARTOLOME and P/CDT MOHAMMAD HAZEM SOLAIMAN AMAIKURUT were crowned as MR and MS PNPA by the DIRECTOR PNPA, PBGEN RHODERICK COSTUDIO ARMAMENTO.
PGEN SINAS also visited the academy, giving his counterpart a class in addition to their class fund amounting to 500,000.00.
Now, the HINIRANG Class of 2021, with 263 strong, 219 original members, and 44 readmitted members, will enter the realm of officership of the tri-bureau.

In the commemoration of their ring hop, they were considered the honorary member of the HINIRANG class of 1987 of the Philippine Military Academy.

The class who initiated the relief goods operations to typhoon victims from region 2 rather than the traditional Pamaskong Handog celebration on December 2020;
In collaboration with other offices and units in the academy, re-opened the obstacle course of the PNPA;
Donated several pieces of equipment for CQB, such as Kevlar vests and helmets, to maximize the training experience of cadets;
Established and empowered the corps by creating various new forms of clubs and organizations that enable the growth of cadets in several facets such as sports, academics, technical proficiencies, and many others;
Established the very first documented and systematized new cadet orientation course through the help of the former Director, PMGEN MALAYO;
Initiated the first officersβ survival course to prepare graduating cadets for actual combat situations in the field;
Counted as OBC graduates from their Cadet Attachment Program;
Out from downfalls and ridicule, the class was blessed with people who surrounded them with love and support.
Only those who survived can tell the story.
