Meet Cadet First Class Elaine Lyn Basallo Gagaoin, a proud resident of Garcia, Tubao, La Union. Her aspirations in life led her to be part of something greater, and her wishes led her to the Philippine National Police Academy.
She now serves as the Cadet-in-Charge of Hop Committee, the organization responsible for organizing the biggest events in the cadet corps. With her leadership and organizing skills, she emanates the epitome of discipline, courage, and passion. As she continues to lead by example and mentor her underclassmen.
For Cadet Gagaoin, the path seems steep and the challenges relentless, but she refused to surrender. Through pain, suffering, and sacrifice, she stood tall—proving that strength is not measured by muscle, but by the courage to rise each time you fall. She struggled, but she conquered.
