“This is more than training—it’s a calling in the making.” As Cadet First Class Trixia Raye Ajose entered the academy, her dream to become a police officer became achievable. A character-driven leader, consistent academic achiever, and devoted daughter keeps her on surviving the rigorous training inside the academy.
As Alfa Company’s Third Platoon Leader, her responsibility to lead her subordinates deepens their relationship. As the company motto says, “We adhere leadership by relationship, not by rule” thus her desire to lead people begins.
For Cadet Ajose, her journey to PNPA is a continuation of her dream of becoming a police officer. She believes that entering the academy will mold you to become a God fearing and responsible officer
