I am CDT 1C Mendoza, Moses Gamboa, proudly hailing from Malineng, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija. I come from a humble background where I learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and discipline—principles that guided me long before I entered the Philippine National Police Academy. My journey to becoming a cadet was filled with challenges, but each one strengthened my resolve and deepened my commitment to serve with purpose. These same values continue to shape me throughout my cadetship, where I now have the honor of being part of the PNPA Colors, representing the Academy with pride and excellence during ceremonial duties.
Currently, I serve as the Honor Committee Representative of Alfa Company, a responsibility that reflects my dedication to integrity, accountability, and leadership. Holding this position reminds me daily of the trust placed in me and the high standards I must uphold. I carry with me the words, “Ti panagdur-as, saan a masapul nga nalaka, nudiket masapul nga nagaget”—success does not need to come easy, but it must be earned through determination. This Ilocano wisdom fuels my passion to lead by example, stay grounded in my principles, and serve with unwavering honor.
