I am Cadet 1C GERARD BINLAYAN BALUCANAG C-26056, Delta Company Commander, silent and slow driller, and a proud member of Silang-Paglaom Class 2026. I am a native-born in the Southeastern part of Cagayan Valley, Barangay Dibibi, Cabarroguis,Quirino, and was raised by an independent mom, who truly inspired and taught me great life lessons.
Life has never been easy, however, I grew up believing that all my dreams can be fulfilled if I have enough courage to chase after them. My intrinsic motivation, hard work, and strong discipline have taken me where I am today. To all aspiring public servants, remember that strong leaders aren’t born; we are made.
