Cadet First Class Bill Angelo Pineda Pangan, 24 years old, hailing from San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology from PHINMA-Araullo University, where he built a strong foundation in law, order, and public service. As an only child, Cadet First Class Pangan carries a deep personal drive and sense of responsibility, which fuel his dedication to excellence and leadership in the cadet corps.
Cadet First Class Pangan is currently the Golf Company Honor Committee Representative, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct within the cadet corps. He is also the “Class Driller” of the elite Slow Drill Platoon, where power, precision, and perfection define every move. As the Class Driller, he bears the name of his class, “Silang-Paglaom Class of 2026”. With his unwavering dedication and commitment to service, Cadet First Class Pangan stands as a true embodiment of leadership.
With a strong foundation grounded in integrity, he exemplifies the values of service, honor, and justice. At this pivotal point in his journey, Cadet First Class Pangan is poised to take on greater responsibilities, embracing every challenge with determination and a deep sense of purpose.
